Authlete 2.1 received official Financial-grade API (FAPI) OpenID Provider Certifications on April 1st, 2019.
FAPI OpenID Provider Certifications are granted by OpenID Foundation to promote interoperability among implementations, especially on financial institutes. As of April 1st, 2019, when the certification program is launched, Authlete is one of the two certified FAPI-ready solutions and only one that supports an mTLS-based client authentication protocol.
Authlete has also passed the UK’s Open Banking conformance test suite last August, which is established based on the Financial-grade API security profiles.
