Iku Mohamed is a global-scale and well experienced professional, he has founded several Japanese domestic companies, and also holds several advisory positions in domestic/international companies including startups to provide consultations as well as professional services. His key areas are strategic alliance, increasing corporate value, and M&A.

As the chairman of the board of the OpenID Foundation, he streamlined the process, bolstered the IPR management, and greatly expanded the breadth of the Foundation spanning over 10 working groups whose members include large internet services, mobile operators, financial institutions, governments, etc. He is also active in public policy space. He has been serving in various committees in the Japanese government including Study Group on the Platform Services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and Study Group on the competition in Digital Market of the Fair Trade Commission of Japan.
Iku Mohamed is Chairman and CEO of Diginex Japan. Iku founded Japan Digital Entertainment, Inc. in 1997, produced TV Animation series Bubu ChaCha and globally distributed in 1999. Iku also founded Jolt Co., Ltd., in 2004, a mobile application development company which provided services for 11 major Japanese mobile handset manufacturers and mobile operators. Iku received his BA in International Business and Economics from Sophia University (Tokyo).
